Apparently I'm all indy. Though I think I still like the first time I did one of these much better. We may have disbanded, but Minta Durfee will live on forever.

It's finally raining, but it was thundering pretty hugely for quite a while beforehand. I'm glad I took the dogs out when I did; if the radar is right, it's probably going to be pouring on and off for the next few hours, at least. Nice and calm, though. So I was just randomly wandering around wikipedia, like I do when I wanted to start writing something twelve hours ago, gave up, and then promptly began opening and closing firefox tabs so fast it almost looked like I knew what I was doing.

But anyways, the point of this run-on sentence fiesta is that I eventually came across this page.

I was okay. Until I got to: there were only 10 known cases (all male) in 1998. Which is, coincidentally, like one sentence in. And then I lol'd.

Sephiroth (...obvious) - Nice hair.

"Smith" (Shoot 'em Up) - Hates everything. Except dogs, and his hooker, and their adopted orphan baby who probably has cranial trauma and spinal damage and every bone in his body broken from all the times he was tossed around in this movie. Also kills people with carrots.

Susannah Dean (Dark Tower series) - Kicks ass without legs. Married to my favourite character.

Seth (Trinity Blood) - Manages a disturbing combination of totally cute and completely horrifying. Runs an entire Empire, looks about nine years old, is obviously the only Crusnik with her head on even halfway straight.

Seras Victoria (Hellsing) - Adorable. Easily one of my favourite characters in the series, if only because she's the only one who's even remotely relatable. I don't know, I really have no idea why I like her so much.

I only laughed because it's so painfully, painfully true.

Then again, I usually mash all sorts of buttons during battles, regardless of whether or not it's my turn. One of the few games that I get so into at points, that I feel the urge to just start throwing shit. Thankfully, I'm still smart enough to know that throwing the Gameboy =/= an intelligent solution.

My young brain teemed with stories, and I began to set them down on paper. I started out gloriously with story after story, but only now and then did I finish one. Whatever I wrote was never as wonderful as the dream.
